Work, financial duties, and just daily challenges slowly shift our mindset away from appreciating what we have to questioning why we don't have things in our lives. It's so easy to remember all the good things we have in life and be thankful for them! With the pressure of getting a job mounting day after day, I often lose track of my happiness and always ask, “why do I not have everything down yet?”

This Christmas, I plan to feel differently. And if you are reading this on the morning of Christmas Eve, you can join me on this day of appreciation and thankfulness before Christmas hits in the morning! I'm going to start off the day by making breakfast for my family members and hugging each and every one of them.
